WE DO NOT TAKE REFUNDS PERIOD!
All items are checked before being wrapped, packaged and shipped. We are not responsible for what happens to the items after being delivered to the Post Office.
Should the package be damaged by USPS and the contents be damaged, we recommend making a claim. You will need to take a picture of the package from all angles prior to opening, and the tracking number. Then show USPS before opening.
We make sure every item is packaged to the best of our ability for safe shipping, we are not responsible for damaged goods after they leave our possession.
